sec.8 Delegation by Speaker
The Speaker may delegate the Speaker’s functions under this Act to the Deputy Speaker, the Clerk or a parliamentary service officer or employee. s 8 sub 1995 No. 38 s 35 sch 1 ; 1995 No. 51 s 4 sch amd 2011 No. 24 s 45 ; 2013 No. 32 s 91 sub 2015 No. 3 s 7 (sec.8-ssec) The Speaker may delegate the Speaker’s functions under this Act to the Deputy Speaker, the Clerk or a parliamentary service officer or employee.
