sec.70 Annual reports

Former section 10 applies to the CLA in relation to the last financial year ending before the commencement if an annual report for that financial year was not prepared and tabled under that section before the commencement. Also, if the commencement happens during a financial year other than on 1 July— former section 10 applies to the CLA in relation to the part of the financial year before the commencement; and section 10 applies to the Speaker for the part of the financial year from the commencement. If subsections (1) and (2)(a) apply, the CLA may prepare a single report under those subsections.
