sec.65 Conditions of employment on contract
An approval that was in force under former section 28(1)(a) immediately before the commencement continues in force as if it had been given by the Clerk under section 28(1)(a). A contract of employment between the Speaker and a person that was in force under former section 28(1)(b) or (2) immediately before the commencement continues in force as a contract between the Clerk and the person. s 65 ins 2011 No. 24 s 73 (sec.65-ssec.1) An approval that was in force under former section 28(1)(a) immediately before the commencement continues in force as if it had been given by the Clerk under section 28(1)(a). (sec.65-ssec.2) A contract of employment between the Speaker and a person that was in force under former section 28(1)(b) or (2) immediately before the commencement continues in force as a contract between the Clerk and the person.
