sec.62 Parliamentary service officers and employees
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was employed by the Speaker as an officer or officer on probation of the parliamentary service or an employee in the parliamentary service. The employment continues under this Act as employment by the Clerk. s 62 prev s 62 ins 1995 No. 38 s 35 sch 1 exp 15 December 1995 (see prev s 64) pres s 62 ins 2011 No. 24 s 73 (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was employed by the Speaker as an officer or officer on probation of the parliamentary service or an employee in the parliamentary service. (sec.62-ssec.2) The employment continues under this Act as employment by the Clerk.
