sec.47H False or misleading statements in consent
A person must not give the Clerk a consent mentioned in section 47 , or another document for this part, that the person knows contains information that is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 47H ins 2020 No. 25 s 10
