sec.18 The Clerk of the Parliament
There shall from time to time be appointed an officer of the Legislative Assembly to be known as the Clerk of the Parliament. The Clerk shall be appointed by the Governor by commission on the recommendation of the Minister after consultation with the Speaker. s 18 amd 1994 No. 29 s 3 sch ; 1995 No. 38 s 35 sch 1 ; 2011 No. 24 s 48 ; 2015 No. 3 s 8 (sec.18-ssec.1) There shall from time to time be appointed an officer of the Legislative Assembly to be known as the Clerk of the Parliament.
