#### 96 Person in command to distribute copies of prohibition notice The person in command must: (a) give a copy of the prohibition notice to the health and safety representative (if any) for each designated work group that includes an employee performing work that is affected by the notice; and (b) cause a copy of the notice to be displayed in a prominent place at or near each workplace at which that work is being performed.
