#### 94 Inspector to inform person in command if action by operator is inadequate (1) If an inspector thinks that action taken by the operator in response to a prohibition notice issued under subsection 93(1) is not adequate to remove the threat to health or safety, the inspector must inform the person in command accordingly. (2) In making a decision under subsection (1), an inspector may exercise such of the powers of an inspector conducting an investigation as the inspector thinks necessary for the purposes of making the decision.
