88 Investigation report
If the inspector gives written advice in relation to an occupational health and safety matter to: (a) the person in command; or (b) an operator; or (c) a contractor; or (d) an involved union; or (e) a health and safety representative; or (f) an employee; whether in the course of an investigation under this Part into an occupational health and safety matter or on being asked, the inspector must make available a copy of the advice to any interested party.
