#### 82 Functions of the Inspectorate The Inspectorate has the following functions: (a) to ensure, in accordance with this Act and the regulations, that the obligations imposed by or under this Act or the regulations are complied with; (b) to advise operators, employees or contractors, whether of its own motion or on being asked, on occupational health and safety matters affecting such operators, employees or contractors; (c) to provide the Authority with such information as is asked for by the Authority.
