#### 76 Liability of health and safety committee members This Act does not: (a) impose an obligation on a person to do any act, because the person is a member of a health and safety committee, in connection with the performance of a function conferred on the committee; or (b) render such a person liable in civil proceedings because of: (i) a failure to do such an act; or (ii) the manner in which such an act was done.
