68 Duty of operators to provide health and safety representatives access to certain facilities
The operator must provide the health and safety representative for a designated work group with access to such facilities as are: (a) prescribed for the purposes of this section; or (b) necessary for the purposes of exercising the powers of a health and safety representative.
