#### 63 Duty of operators to consult with health and safety representatives on implementation of changes at workplace The operator must, if asked to do so by the health and safety representative for a designated work group, consult with the representative on the implementation of changes at any workplace at which some or all of the employees of the group perform work for the operator, being changes that may affect the health and safety at work of the employees.
