#### 51 Power of health and safety representatives to obtain access to information A health and safety representative for a designated work group may obtain access to: (a) any information under the operator’s control relating to risks to the health and safety of any employees: (i) at any workplace under the operator’s control; or (ii) arising from the conduct by the operator of an undertaking, or from plant or substances used for the purposes of the undertaking; and (b) subject to section 55, any information under the operator’s control relating to the health and safety of any of the employees.
