34Request to establish or vary designated work groups

#### 34 Request to establish or vary designated work groups A request to an operator to enter into consultations to establish designated work groups in respect of employees of the operator employed on a prescribed ship or prescribed unit, or to vary designated work groups that have already been established, may be made by: (a) if there are involved unions in relation to employees of the operator—any such involved union; or (b) if there is no involved union in relation to any employee of the operator—any such employee.
