#### 25 Duties of persons engaged in loading or unloading a prescribed ship or prescribed unit A person who is engaged in loading or unloading a prescribed ship or prescribed unit must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the ship or unit is not loaded or unloaded in such a way that it is unsafe for employees, contractors or other persons or constitutes a risk to their health. Penalty: 200 penalty units.
