#### 23 Duties of persons repairing or maintaining plant in a workplace A person who repairs or maintains any plant in a workplace must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the plant is not repaired or maintained in such a way that it is unsafe for employees, contractors or other persons who use the plant or constitutes a risk to their health. Penalty: 200 penalty units.
