#### 113 Operator not to levy employees etc. An operator must not levy, or permit to be levied, on any employees, any charge in respect of anything done or provided, in accordance with this Act or the regulations, in order to ensure the health, safety or welfare of the employees at work. Penalty: 250 penalty units.
