#### 108 Records of accidents and dangerous occurrences to be kept (1) An operator must maintain, in accordance with the regulations, a record of each accident or dangerous occurrence in respect of which the operator is required by section 107 to notify the Inspectorate. (2) Without limiting the provision that may be made by regulations for the purposes of this clause, the regulations may prescribe: (a) the nature of the contents of a record maintained under this section; and (b) the period for which such a record must be retained.
