106Arrangements with States or Territories for services of State or Territory officers

#### 106 Arrangements with States or Territories for services of State or Territory officers (1) The Governor‑General may make arrangements with the Governor of a State for officers of the Public Service of that State to perform the duties and exercise the powers of inspectors under this Part. (2) The Governor‑General may make arrangements with the Administrator of a Territory for officers of the Public Service of that Territory to perform the duties and exercise the powers of inspectors under this Part. (3) Arrangements may be made in accordance with section 71 of the Public Service Act 1999 for officers of the Public Service of a State or a Territory to perform the duties and exercise the powers of inspectors under this Part.
