6 Charge payable by producers of uranium ore concentrates
For the purposes of paragraph 69A(2)(b) of the Act, the amount of charge payable in a financial year by a person referred to in subsection 69A(1) of the Act is the lesser of: (a) 15.1953 cents per kilogram of uranium in the uranium ore concentrates produced by the person in the previous financial year; and (b) $500,000.
