#### 93 Owner of vessel not entitled to limit liability in respect of certain claims The owner of a regulated Australian vessel or a foreign vessel is not entitled to limit his, her or its liability in respect of any claim described in paragraph 1(a) of Article 2 of the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims Convention made by: (a) a servant (within the meaning of the Convention) of the owner whose duties are connected with the vessel; or (b) any heir or dependant of the servant or any other person who is, within the meaning of paragraph (e) of Article 3 of the Convention, a person entitled to make such a claim.
