#### 85 Drugs prescribed by the regulations: seafarers and pilots (1) A person contravenes this subsection if: (a) the person is a seafarer or a licensed pilot on board a regulated Australian vessel or a foreign vessel; and (b) a drug prescribed by the regulations is present in the blood of the person. Strict liability offence (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection (1). > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
