#### 84 Unacceptable blood alcohol level—seafarers and pilots (1) A person contravenes this subsection if: (a) the person is a seafarer or a licensed pilot on board a regulated Australian vessel or a foreign vessel; and (b) the blood alcohol level of the person equals or exceeds the blood alcohol level prescribed by the regulations. Strict liability offence (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection (1). > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
