#### 75 Vessels not to go to sea without required accommodation (1) The owner of a vessel must not take the vessel to sea, or cause or permit the vessel to be taken to sea, if the vessel does not comply with the accommodation prescribed by the regulations made for the purposes of subsection 74(1). Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 100 penalty units. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 1,000 penalty units.
