#### 67 Medicines etc. must be carried on vessels—master (1) The master of a vessel must not take the vessel to sea, or cause or permit the vessel to be taken to sea, unless the vessel is provided, in accordance with the regulations, with: (a) medicines, medical and surgical stores and appliances and antiscorbutics; and (b) instructions for dispensing and using medicines, medical and surgical stores and appliances and antiscorbutics. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 100 penalty units. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 1000 penalty units.
