#### 343 Regulations and orders under the Navigation Act 1912 (1) The regulations may provide for specified regulations and orders that were in force under the Navigation Act 1912 immediately before its repeal to have effect, for the purposes of this Act, with such modifications as are specified in the regulations. (2) The Marine Orders may provide for specified orders that were in force under the Navigation Act 1912 immediately before its repeal to have effect, for the purposes of this Act, with such modifications as are specified in the Marine Orders.
