#### 335 Person must not contravene condition of exemption (1) A person must not contravene a condition of an exemption under subsection 334(3) that applies to a vessel or to the person. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 600 penalty units.
