#### 325 Abolition of defence of common employment If injury or damage is suffered by a seafarer because of the wrongful act, neglect or default of another person engaged in common employment with the seafarer, the employer is liable in damages in respect of that injury or damage in the same manner and in the same cases as if they had not been engaged in common employment.
