#### 321 Obstructing or hindering AMSA (1) A person must not obstruct or hinder AMSA in the performance of a function or the exercise of a power under this Act. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 60 penalty units. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 180 penalty units.
