(1) This Chapter is a collection of various matters that relate to the other provisions of the Act. (2) Part 2 deals with the official logbook for a vessel. (3) Part 3 provides for administrative review of decisions. (4) Part 4 contains general provisions relating to certificates. (5) Part 5 provides for miscellaneous matters, including the following: (a) offences relating to AMSA (Division 1); (b) provisions relating to various legal matters (Division 2); (c) alternative constitutional bases (Division 3); (d) exemptions (Division 4); (e) various other matters (Division 5). (6) Part 6 relates to regulations and other legislative instruments.
