(3) Part 3 provides for the issue of maritime labour certificates for regulated Australian vessels. (4) Part 4 deals with the manning of regulated Australian vessels and the engagement of seafarers. (5) Part 5 deals with the health, accommodation and welfare of seafarers of regulated Australian vessels and foreign vessels. (6) Part 6 provides for alcohol and drug testing of seafarers of regulated Australian vessels and foreign vessels. (7) Part 7 contains miscellaneous provisions that relate to seafarers of regulated Australian vessels and foreign vessels.
