#### 269 Display and distribution of copies of notices If a person (the recipient) is given an improvement notice or a prohibition notice in relation to a vessel: (a) the recipient must cause a copy of the notice to be displayed in a prominent place on or near the vessel; and (b) the inspector issuing the notice must give a copy of the notice to the master of the vessel.
