#### 268 Person must comply with prohibition notice (1) A person who is given a prohibition notice must ensure that the notice is complied with to the extent that it relates to any matter over which the person has control. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 60 penalty units.
