#### 220 Navigation not in accordance with mandatory ship routeing system to be entered in log (1) The master of a vessel contravenes this subsection if: (a) a mandatory ship routeing system applies to the vessel; and (b) the master does not navigate in accordance with the system; and (c) if the master of the vessel is required to keep a logbook for the vessel—the master does not enter details of that navigation in the vessel’s logbook. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 10 penalty units. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 100 penalty units.
