#### 207 Trespassing on vessels or property used by AMSA (1) A person contravenes this subsection if: (a) the person trespasses on a vessel or property; and (b) the vessel or property is used by, or on behalf of, AMSA in establishing, maintaining or servicing aids to navigation. Fault‑based offence (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 10 penalty units. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 100 penalty units.
