#### 174 Part is in addition to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (1) This Part operates in addition to, and does not limit, any requirement for compulsory pilotage under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 within the compulsory pilotage area under that Act. (2) A person is not liable to be prosecuted under this Act and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 in respect of the same act or omission.
