#### 168 Representations about being a licensed pilot or pilotage provider (1) A person must not make a representation that the person is a licensed pilot or a licensed pilotage provider if the person is not a licensed pilot or a licensed pilotage provider. Strict liability offence (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection (1). Penalty: 60 penalty units. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code. Civil penalty (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1). Civil penalty: 600 penalty units.
