159 Tonnage of non‑Tonnage Convention vessels to be measured in certain cases
If: (a) an unregistered non‑Tonnage Convention vessel enters an Australian port; or (b) a dispute arises as to the tonnage of a non‑Tonnage Convention vessel; the tonnage of the vessel is to be measured in accordance with the regulations.
