#### 123 Power of master etc. to detain (1) If the master or other officer of a vessel reasonably believes that a person (the offender) has contravened section 121, the master or officer, or a person asked by the master or officer to assist, may detain the offender without warrant. (2) A person who detains an offender under subsection (1) must, as soon as practicable after the detention, arrange for the offender, and any property found on the offender, to be delivered to a constable.
