sec.5 Conservation parks
Schedule 3 sets out the conservation parks under the Act . The schedule includes areas of State land that are taken to be conservation parks under section 208 of the Act . An area of State land set out in schedule 3 that is not a conservation park mentioned in subsection (2) is— dedicated as a conservation park; and assigned the name set out opposite the conservation park. s 5 ins 1994 SL No. 475 s 6 amd 1995 SL No. 352 s 101 ; 1999 SL No. 279 s 5 ; 2002 SL No. 106 s 3 ; 2006 SL No. 118 s 8 ; 2006 SL No. 203 s 180 ; 2006 SL No. 319 s 4 sub 2014 SL No. 35 s 60 ; 2016 SL No. 104 s 4 (sec.5-ssec.1) Schedule 3 sets out the conservation parks under the Act .
