sec.33 Purpose of part
This part prescribes particular matters for harvesting licences for estuarine crocodile eggs. Generally, this part— enables the chief executive to grant the licences; and imposes requirements for applications for the licences that apply in addition to the requirements stated in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 ; and imposes restrictions on the grant of the licences that apply in addition to the restrictions stated in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 ; and limits and extends activities authorised under the licences under the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 ; and states matters about records for the licences, including for the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , chapter 8 , parts 2 and 3 ; and otherwise regulates activities under the licences. s 33 sub 2020 SL No. 136 s 442 sch 8 (sec.33-ssec.1) This part prescribes particular matters for harvesting licences for estuarine crocodile eggs.
