### 68 Regulations for this Part > Without limiting the matters in respect of which the regulations may be made, the regulations may make provision for the purposes of this Part, including but not limited to, the following matters: > > > > (a) providing that a contravention of any of the regulations is a prescribed offence for the purposes of this Part; > > > > > (b) providing, in respect of such an offence, for the imposition of a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 5 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.
