38 Covenants come into force on registration
(1) A conservation covenant or a variation of a conservation covenant comes into force on the day on which the covenant or variation is registered by the Recorder.
(2) A conservation covenant ceases to be enforceable on the day on which a discharge of the covenant is registered by the Recorder.
