Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument is a housekeeping repeal of the 1994 regulations that governed the now-defunct National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund. It simply removes obsolete rules left behind after the Fund was replaced by the Indigenous Land Corporation.

No new rights or obligations arise — it just cleans up redundant law to keep the statute book accurate and avoid confusion.
