JEFFERY\n\nGovernor-General\n\nBy His Excellency’s Command\n\nAMANDA VANSTONE\n\nMinister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs\n\n1 Name of Regulations\n\nThese Regulations are the Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Repeal Regulations 2005.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThese Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.\n\n3 Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Regulations — repeal\n\nStatutory Rules 1994 No. 239 is repealed.\n\n> Note\n\n> Note: 1.
