#### 74 Authorised officer to be in possession of warrant Monitoring warrant (1) If a monitoring warrant is being executed in relation to premises, an authorised officer executing the warrant must be in possession of the warrant or a copy of the warrant. Enforcement warrant (2) If an enforcement warrant is being executed in relation to premises, an authorised officer executing the warrant must be in possession of: (a) the warrant issued by the issuing officer under section 86 or a copy of the warrant as so issued; or (b) the form of warrant completed under subsection 87(6) or a copy of the form as so completed.
