61A Civil penalty—failure to comply with direction under subsection 56(2)
An NVR registered training organisation contravenes this section if: (a) the organisation is given a direction under subsection 56(2); and (b) the organisation fails to comply with the direction within the period specified in the direction.
Civil penalty: 100 penalty units.
