47 Complying with conditions
A person in respect of whom a VET accredited course is accredited must: (a) comply with the conditions set out in sections 47A, 47B and 47C; and (b) comply with any conditions imposed on the accreditation of the VET accredited course under subsection 48(1).
Note: Failure to comply with a condition is a contravention of a civil penalty provision: see section 130.
