#### 232B Recovery of charges A charge imposed by the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Charges) Act 2012 is recoverable as a debt due to the Commonwealth in: (a) the Federal Court; or (b) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); or (c) a court of a State or Territory that has jurisdiction in relation to the debt.
